Cut Up Bone-in Chicken Bake

Preheat the oven for 425 degree.

Cut up bone-in chicken breast in a half. Separate the chicken drumstick from the whole legs then cut the legs in a half if too big.
Cutting the chicken this way helps you not to worry about uncooked part of the chicken that can make you sick.

Turn the inside part of the chicken around then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder then rub gently with olive oil. ( be careful not to rub off the seasoning ) Turn it around chicken skin side up and do the same thing again.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how many cut up chicken you made.

Tips. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil around includes all edges be fore you put the chicken for easy cleaning.
You can bake chicken as many as you want.

Its because chicken baked on a high heat the skin surface turn golden brown, crispy and juicy in the inside.
