SALT
WATER
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. ADD MORE WATER TO DESIRE CONSISTENCY IF NEEDED BET BY BET. DIP THE CHICKEN INTO BATTER AND DIP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE OVER RICE.
