2 cups peanut butter
2 cups of shortening
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups flour
Combined the peanut butter and shortening together on a big bowl and mix with electric mixer. Add the white and brown sugar beat until mix and then add vanilla and eggs beat again until mix and no sugar lamps.
On a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and pour it to the sugar mixture and beat with electric mixer until mixed
Form the dough into balls or form into your favorite shapes or use a cookie cutter.
Bake cookie on ungreased cookie sheet on 350 degree for 10 to 13 minutes.

Snickerdoodles

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons or ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons sugar
Using the electric mixer mix the 1 1/2 sugar and butter or margarine in a big bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for 1 minute.
On a separate bowl mix and stir the salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour together and pour to the butter mixture slowly until mixed using the electric mixer.
In a bowl combine the 4 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll each in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet on 375 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
