4 Potatoes ( peeled and 4 quarter cut)
2 tablespoon butter
1/8 cup of milk
Salt and pepper
Add potato on a pot of water and cook potatoes until soft but not mushy. Drained then put the potatoes back to the pot. Add butter, milk salt and pepper to taste. Mash the potatoes with potato masher until no more lumps. Serve with gravy or sprinkle a shredded cheddar cheese on top for kids.
You Can add more milk if desire.
You can cook more potatoes just add more butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Apple Muffins
2 Finely chopped apples ( cored, peeled ) 
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon white sugar
1/3 cup cocoa ( Hershey cocoa )
1/4 cup butter ( melted )
1 cup applesauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
Directions
In a bowl combine cinnamon, sugar and apple together and blend until mix well.
Melt the butter in another bowl and slowly pour the cocoa and blend it well. Add applesauce and mix well.
In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients and pour the cocoa mixture into bowl and add the egg. Blend using big spoon until mixed.
Place the paper linen to the cup cake pan and place a 1 tablespoon batter each cups, add a 1 tablespoon apple mixture on top and press it down a little then top each cup with the rest of the batter.
Bake at 375 degree for 21 to 25 minutes or when you insert a toothpick comes out clean.

Stir until it forms a ball with spoon. Put the dough on a waxed paper, lift the one corner of the paper and fold dough in a half to knead. Repeat until the dough looks smooth.
Put one more sheet of waxed paper on top of the dough and roll 1/2 inch thick, cut the dough with biscuit cutter or circular cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet on 450 degree for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.

Mix the 1/2 cup of milk and flour together until no lumps ( use electric mixer if necessary)
In a sauce pan pour the rest of the milk and bouillon cube and pour the flour and milk mixture.
Cook on a medium heat stir constantly until the mixture boils for 2 minutes. Add chicken , vegetable, sage and parsley
until hot.

Form the dough into balls or form into your favorite shapes or use a cookie cutter.
Bake cookie on ungreased cookie sheet on 350 degree for 10 to 13 minutes.

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons or ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons sugar
Using the electric mixer mix the 1 1/2 sugar and butter or margarine in a big bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for 1 minute.
On a separate bowl mix and stir the salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour together and pour to the butter mixture slowly until mixed using the electric mixer.
In a bowl combine the 4 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and roll each in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet on 375 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
Sweet And Sour Sauce
2 cups cold water
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup vinegar (distilled white)
1 can tomato paste ( 6 oz.)
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 small can of pineapple crushed
In a sauce pan, mix all the ingredients let it boil and turn down to low-medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

I recently order this book from my kids school December SCHOLASTIC called BOLT JUNIOR NOVEL with 8 pages of color photos from the movie. Apparently my order wont be here yet. My kid can’t wait to watch the movie so I order it for him but it might get here late November or maybe early December.

Like myself I often get a headaches before or during my monthly period. And my doctor told me that due to estrogen withdraws often migraines or simply headaches always occur. Estrogen been positively related to breast cancer.

I ask myself the same question since when I was a kid and can’t make up my mind which one came first until last night. I thought of dinosaur, since study sudjest that some birds we see today are closely related to dinosaur. As we know chickens are bird. When dinosaur slowly died out and driven to extinction some of them manage to evolve. Paleontologist found a whole fossilize body of a bird like dinosaur in China with a feather still intact. Scientist said that when the asteroid strike on Earth millions of years a ago is the cause why dinosaur went extinct but before they completely wiped out some evolve into new species and some mutation occurred and maybe eventually some of them laid egg which hatch into a chicken. Make since isn’t it? Even our species still missing a link.
The dinosaur laid egg which later hatched into a chicken the chicken reproduced more egg to make more chicken and so on. There you go the answer is clear “EGG” came first.

I watch Dr. G The medical examiner last night on tv. The episode was about the 26 year old woman who has a seizure while dinning with her husband and died 3 days later at the hospital. Dr. G who’s medical examiner examine the body to determine the cause of her death. Unfortunately 
the cause of her death was a blood clot cause by taking contraceptive pills ( birth control). Dr. G said Taking birth control pills the increase of estrogen disturb the delicate balance of your body. Smoking while taking birth control have a risk of developing a blood clot.
I’ve heard, seen on the news on tv, read on the internet and some lawsuit that using birth control patch has a huge potential of getting a blood clot because of the method of estrogen absorb directly to your skin and it has high amount of estrogen in it compare to the Oral birth control pills and woman who smoke will definitely have a high risk of getting a blood clot that leads to heart attack and some other complication or death.
I’ve use birth control patch for 3 years and I smoke occasionally but I’m fine. Nothing happen, I actually liked it. Unlike pills I tried taking them but I always forget, spotting all the time and I hated it so I decided to go back on patch. My menstrual cycle always in time and normal. I stop taking it since my husband got fix. I have lot of friends that smoke while taking contraceptive pills and still alive. Dr. G said there’s a little blood clot normally form on our blood stream. Unfortunately some blood clot build up and cut lose and manage to travel all the way to the heart or lungs or other major organ and block the blood flow to it and in worst case will lead you to death. Contraceptive pills are not dangerous at all but on the case of 26 yrs old woman her family had a history of blood clot. She’s young and healthy woman but if she know about the her family history she would off been still alive today.

Microwave Cleaning tips
I’m not a fan of everyday cleaning so I always find a way to clean stuff on quick and easy way.
Everybody wants to keep their microwave clean all the time right? Well here’s how to clean your microwave quick and even while your cooking.
First boil a 2 cups of water in microwavable glass measuring cup about 4 minutes or more.
After it boil do not remove from microwave. Let it set for about 3 minutes or until the microwave inside covered with the steam from boiled water then wipe it off with warm washcloth. (Steam from the boiling water helps soften food splatter for easy cleaning.)
For stainless steel microwave, wipe inside the microwave with soapy warm washcloth. Rinse the washcloth until soap is gone then use it to wipe the soapy microwave until no more visible food splatter.
For slickly shine look, spray water diluted LYSOL inside then wiped it off with warm washcloth and finished it with clean dry cloth.
PS: Do not use vinegar as it stink your microwave for a while. I did it once and never again.

Cut up bone-in chicken breast in a half. Separate the chicken drumstick from the whole legs then cut the legs in a half if too big.
Cutting the chicken this way helps you not to worry about uncooked part of the chicken that can make you sick.
Turn the inside part of the chicken around then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder then rub gently with olive oil. ( be careful not to rub off the seasoning ) Turn it around chicken skin side up and do the same thing again.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how many cut up chicken you made.
Tips. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil around includes all edges be fore you put the chicken for easy cleaning.

Ragging On and Ragging off Painting Technique
How to create your glaze color.
Mix four part faux glaze ( one gallon) with one part paint ( one quart)
Or 1 cup paint per 3 cups glaze.
Or if you only want thin paint just add a little glaze and your good to go. Best on mural paintings.
For touch-up
Mix the base color paint and the glaze paint together in a small container touch up the wall using small paint brush. And if the color seems darker just wipe it off with the wet rug and add more paint to the same container until you find the right color match. Remember the paint appear lighter when their wet and darker once it dry.

Step 4: If a second coat desired, repeat steps 2 and 3 but you have allow the surface to dry first for four to five hours.
Step 5: If desired sheen finish look, apply a Water Base Clear coat, not only heighten the metallic effect of Brushed Pearl but it will add a protection. You can apply water base clear coat on any surface on wall mural painting.
If painters blue tape not around just have a damp cloth with you at all time and just wipe off the paint spill. Sometimes it easier to the edging without blue tape, that way you see the over painted edge and you can clean it right away rather than you wait until your done painting the paint will be dry then and you will have a hard to get it off especially on stained wood moldings because you can’t just painted it over.
My Baby’s Dry skin story
I discover that my baby have a dry skin since when her old baby skin did not scale off sooner than I expected and when it finally happened it didn't stop and I thought it was okey. I ask her pediatrician about it and she said it’s normal just don't apply any baby oil or baby lotion. Will I follow her advise, my baby’s skin shows no sign of it until one month later. She developed a dry skin and it get thicker by the day and its not comfortable. My pediatrician prescribe a hydrocortisone a skin and lotion that gentle enough for babies skin and helps their dry skin that you can buy over the counter. Its work alright for a while then it got worst again so she prescribe me another skin steroid this time its Rx only called Mometasone Furoate Ointment USP 0.1%. Apply once to twice a day and it really works. Every time I use it her dry skin just disappear in less than 3 days. I use it only when her dry skin occur again then I finally stop because I’m thinking it might not good for her skin on long term use.
Will It happened again and I refuse to use it and we went to see our pediatrician for routine check up but my old pediatrician is apparently having a baby and on leave indefinitely and she may not come back so they referred me to their new pediatrician. She’s nice and of course I ask her the same question about the skin condition of my baby. You know what she said? She may have a mild baby eczema and may not go away and she’ll have it for the rest of her life. I was disappointed hearing all that. She advise me to try use a shortening on my baby’s skin. “You know the oil used to cooked or fried food!” Ridiculous and I follow the pediatricians anyway advise cause there are the doctor. I have to apply it on her body soon after she gets of shower everyday. The everyday shower and very greasy oil it made everything worst, it didn’t help at all. I can’t believe I fall for that type of treatment.

There was 2 option on how to treat the 4 months old baby. 1 apply the oil on the scalp and leave it there overnight which is scary because after you apply the oil you must cover it up with shower cap and if you leave it overnight the baby might choke on the shower cap. 2 During the day for several hours and your baby wont be happy about and, he or she might just take the shower cap off. For me I choose the option 2. I rather set in front of my baby all day long than risk chocking on option 1.
